各润滑点分布

为了延长机器的使用寿命，保证机器能顺利工作，正确地维护、保养机器是至关重要的。

操作者应定期检查机器的各部件是否正常，各油孔是否有堵塞现象，并应及时排除故障。

应于各铜套、活动面经常加注润滑油，使机器保持良好的润滑状态。

切刀要保持锋利，用钝刀裁切即要缩短机器的使用寿命又不能裁出理想的成品。

工作台上不要放扳手、螺丝刀等硬物，要经常擦拭机器使机器保持清洁、干净。

试车Test run在机器安装好后，在接通电源试车，试车前应将各注油孔、滑动面、，注入润滑油，开机前用手扳动偏心轮(图(2)中3)，使切刀做一、两次循环运动，检查机器是否正常，电机转动方向应与偏心轮上箭头所指方向相同，否则裁切时会导致机器非正常损坏。可打开机器左侧小门，观察飞轮转向（图（2）中11）是否与偏心轮上箭头所指方向一致。

Make the cutter do one or two cycles of movement, check whether the machine is normal, the direction of motor rotation should be the same as the direction indicated by the arrow on the center wheel, otherwise the cutting will cause abnormal damage to the machine.
