氧氮氢分析仪的操作过程氧氮氢分析仪可根据的用户的要求定制。该分析仪配备两个不同灵敏度的探测器，在更多的应用中保证了准确度。操作简单而且安全。在样品称重以后，样品的重量数据通过电子界面传导至相连的电脑中，也可以在软件界面中手动输入样品的重量。样品被放置在水平放置的炉子中的低温区域。分析开始以后，炉子开始向上转动，然后样品逐渐落入加热区。通过添加载体气体氮气，氢气被扩散出来并且随载体被传导至一个高灵敏度的热传导测量池。通常一次测量的时间在3到15分钟之间。在分析的过程中设备可以显示测试信号和设备的参数，从信号的评估到结果在界面上的显示全部自动完成；而测量数据则被传导至LIMS（实验室信息管理系统）中。无需过多的保养和维护，而除尘器和净化管的维护工作也方便。
